We communicated via email, and also by phone in the last 4-6 weeks. As you may recall Bill Carter, a local piano tuner recommended us to you. On Saturday, your company delivered our ‘new’ piano from my wife’s uncle in Mississauga to our house in Barrie.

I was unable to be at home at the arrival time, but I wanted to pass along this note to you based upon my wife, Kathy’s experience.

As promised the moving team called about an hour ahead of arrival, and Kathy found the pair of guys very pleasant and professional. The piano was placed in the desired location, and Kathy found Shane quite a pleasant and professional person.

So I send my thanks out to you and your staff for making this an easy experience, and I would recommend your company to anyone who enquired. When Bill Carter comes to tune the unit in a couple of week’s time, I will personally let him know of our satisfaction with your service.
